We are Michigan’s newest 100% dedicated Gluten-Free food truck in the state of Michigan with absolutely ZERO cross-contamination. We are Celiac-safe and allergy-friendly catering to nearly all major allergens including: gluten, nuts, seeds, soy, eggs, corn, and shellfish with all of our products offering dairy-free options. We offer a delicious assortment of pizzas, calzones, grilled wraps, breadsticks, fresh-cut fries, and select dessert products such as elephant ears and cinnamon sticks.
